A visit request is a message to the shop. It is not a public listing and not a payment form.
Phone and email on this site are the business contacts: (925) 219-6200 and aplrhub@gmail.com. Use them for repair. Do not send card numbers or a photocopy of ID through the form.
The request form sends your name, city, appliance, optional phone, and what you typed to the shop mailbox. We use it to return the call or email. We do not sell it and we do not put it on the website.
We photograph the work area before an appliance is moved, so existing marks are on record. We do not photograph or film the rest of your home without your word.
